摘要

本文介绍一种用微机控制的精密钛涂（镀）层厚度测定仪，测量范围为0.1—10

m，最小测量面直径为3mm，精度优于±5%。

Abstract

A thickness gauge combining the techniques of X-ray fluorescence analysis and microcomputer has been designed for precise determination of titanium coating. Its measurable thickness ranges from 0.1 to 10 micrometer. The minimum measurable area is 3 mm in diameter. Practically the accuracy is better than 5%.
