摘要

镀有不同厚度铬膜的纯铁（20、40、55、80nm），在不同靶室温度下（-80、200、400、600℃）用2×10

离子束轰击后，其阳极极化行为中致钝电流密度

较轰击前降低了一个数量级；表面应力随靶室温度的升高而显著降低，透射电镜分析结果表明，在-80℃至600℃间轰击时，近表面层结构明显不同。

after the ion bombardment was decreased by one order of magnitude. The surface stress was reduced remarkably with rising temperature. TEM examination indicated that the near-surface structure for the samples bombarded at -80℃ was quite different from those at 600℃.
