摘要

根据S. Y. Chuang等人的假定，简单地导出了硅橡胶中正电子湮没寿命和重均分子量之间的线性关系。用生胶材料作正电子湮没实验，实验结果表明正电子湮没寿命和重均分子量之间确有线性关系。用此线性关系测定生胶的重均分子量，并将测定的结果与用粘度法测定的结果相比较，两者相对偏差小于3.7%。

本文还对用正电子湮没技术测定的重均分子量的结果作了讨论，提出了用该方法测定生胶的分子量有一定的实用价值。

Abstract

In this paper a linear relation between the life time of positron annihilation and molecular weight of weight average in polyvinylmethylsiloxane is simply deduced according to S. Y. Chuang's hypothesis. The experiment results with polyvinylmethylsiloxane show that there is a linear relation between the life time of positron annihilation and molecular weight of weight average. The molecular weight of the polyvinylmethylsiloxane is determined by this linear relation. The result is compared with other results obtained by the viscosimetry method. The difference between them is less than 3.7%.

This paper also discusses the experimental results and the authors put forward the method to determine molecular weight.
