我们使用了自己生产的

125

I－苯妥英放免测定盒及卫生部药检所的苯妥英质控血清进行质量控制的实验。计算了十六批测定数据的内质量控制的各质量控制数值：平均批变异系数（

ABCV

），

RER

，精密度图，剂量反应曲线的

、

及

值，并用Rodbard介绍的方差分析法计算批内、批间精密度，最后作了质控图及2－样本youden图。以此评价批内及批间漂移，检定苯妥英放免药盒的质量并为使用该药盒的临床实验室提供质控参考数值。这些方法不仅可用于苯妥英放免药盒的质量控制，同时也适合于其它放免药盒的质量控制

Abstract

The experiment of a quality control of

125

I-phenytoin RIA kit is described to provide the statistical data of assay performance.

The following statistical data and charts of a quality control were calculated from results of measuring sixteen assays. They are: the average banch coefficients of variation(ABCV); the relationships of error and dose-response(RER); the precision profile (P. P) and the parameters of standard curve. Using the ANOVA procedure

the between-assay and within-assay precisions were also counted. The quality control charts and two-sample Youden charts were made to evaluate the between-assay and within-assay drift. This counting procedure is adapted to clinical laboratories

as well as to serve as references for the computer engineers who plan to design a computer program of a quality control of RIA to monitor error in routing assay.
