Tc标记尿激酶（血栓显像剂），国内未见报道，我们于1984年研制成功，并应用于临床，得到较为满意效果。但尿激酶经过放射性核素标记以后是否仍然保持一定的生物活力，必须经过严格的活力测定才能判断。本文报道两种尿激酶活力测定方法：（1）气泡法，它是用时间差来进行计算的，即气泡上升时间减去放入水浴时间，将测试结果查标准曲线即得标记以后尿激酶效价单位。（2）纤维蛋白平板测定法，溶圈大小与尿激酶活力呈对数直线关系，在标准曲线上查出

Technetium-99m labelled urokinase (a kind of embolus imaging agent) has been successfully applied to the clinical work in our department. Apart from the biological activity

this paper reported two methods for the measurement of the activity of the

99m

Tc-urokinase. One was air bubble method

another was fibrinous stereotyped method. Both of them appeared some advantages of a high-speed

simple

convenient

reliable and easy to practice.
