摘要

在研究蛋白质生物合成的机制及蛋白质合成抑制剂作用机理等工作中，经常需要用

C-氨酰－tRNA作为标记底物进行示踪实验。

C-氨酰-tRNA无市售产品，一般都是各实验室自行制备。迄今为止，在国内文献中尚未见制备此类标记物的报道。我们结合有关的工作，以天然tRNA和L-

C-氨基酸作为底物，用酶促法制备了几种

C-氨酰－tRNA。

Abstract

Four kinds of

C-aminoacyl-tRNA were preparated by means of enzymatic method. Specific activity of products prepared was 7476—132394 cрm per mg tRNA. It has been found that these products possess good biological activity in vitro.
