摘要

自然杀伤细胞（Natural Killer Cell以下简称NK细胞）是近年新发现的重要杀伤细胞之一

[1~4]。

它不需抗体和补体的参加，也不要抗原的刺激，就能起细胞毒作用，很快杀伤靶细胞。NK细胞与肿瘤、移植的排斥反应、抗感染和许多自身免疫疾病相关，因此更受临床医师的重视及注意。

Abstract

This paper reported the use of

Cr-K562 cells to determine NK activity. It was demonstrated that the target-cell K562 was better than the HeLa cells and 7405 hepa-carcinoma. The NK activity of 22 normal adults was 33.14±9.30% which is higher than that of 12 lung-cancer

8 esophagocancer and 7 leukemia patients.
