摘要

钾、铀和钍是地球上已知的三个天然放射性元素，它们在海洋沉积物中的浓度分布对于第四纪的研究可提供重要的信息。此外，这三种天然放射性元素的含量对于用电子自旋共振法（ESR）测定沉积物的年龄也是必不可少的。为此，我们采用高灵敏度的中子活化分析法测定了一套取自印度洋底的沉积物，给出了钾、铀和钍的分布模型。
