摘要

在本文中推导了多指数函数模型在正电子湮没寿命谱拟合中的可用性。并编制了可在小型计算机（PDP-11/04）上使用的通用计算机程序（EXPFIT）以备正电子湮没寿命测量的在线分析。在使用中已初步证明此程序是有效和方便的。为处理复杂的正电子寿命谱，本程序可提供三种非线性最小二乘拟合方法。同时，文中还涉及了拟合过程的误差，如何选取参数初值和拟合起点等问题的讨论。

Abstract

In this paper

the usability of multiple-exponential function model in fitting the positron annihilation lifetime spectrum is demonstrated. In preparation for the on-line analysis of positron annihilation lifetime measurement

we composed a versatile computer program (EXPFIT) which can be run on the micro-computer (PDP11/04) . It has been preliminarily verified being efficient and convenient in practice. In the program

three kinds of nonlinear least-squares fitting methods were supplied for processing the complex positron lifetime spectrum.

Meanwhile

some discussions

such as errors of the fitting procedure and how to choose the estimate values of parameters and the starting point of fitting etc.

are also concerned.
