Abstract

A method of solving some practical problems in analysing the lifetimes pectrum with a multi-exponential curve fitting were studied through the analysis of the lifetime spectra of e

annihilation in amorphous alloy samples and others. It includes the selection of the start point of the fitting data one by one from a certain time range on the right of the spectrum peak

the normalization of the sum of all the relative intensities of various components by ajusting the zero time position of the spectrum and the test of the tail component to diminish the effect on the analysis of the end point position.
