摘要

SmCo

永磁合金是一种用途广泛的永磁材料，其居里点约为740℃

[1]

。为找出材料在400℃以上性能变坏的原因，尝试进行了室温至740℃温度范围内等时（2小时）退火处理的SmCo

合金的正电子湮灭研究。结果发现，材料中明显地存在着沉淀相的析出。作者认为，至少不能排除这一过程作为影响磁性的重要原因。

Abstract

The isochronal annealing process in sintered alloys SmCo

has been investigated by positron annihilation technique (PAT). It was found that the precipitation phenomena by G.P. zone formation may occur between 200℃ and 600℃

and the moving of the defects concerned with the metallurgical processes may take place at a temperature as low as about 50℃.
