摘要

放射免疫分析所用的

125

I一般都用γ计数器测量，其样品制备简单。但多数生化实验室中，最常用的核素是

C、

P、

H等放射

射线的核素，偶而要测量一些放射γ射线的

125

I同位素的样品。我们用国产液体闪烁计数器外部法

代替γ计数器测量

125

，结果证明是可行的，其计数效率达60%以上，本底60cpm左右。

Abstract

Instead of a NaI (Tl) crystal gammer ray counter

a liquid scintillation counter made in China was used for measuring

125

I in RIA. An electron density increaser——lead acetate was added to the scintillator liquide. The counting efficiency was about 60% and the background was about 60 cpm.
