摘要

在棉纺工业中，为了保证高速并条机的输出棉条有合格的匀整度，必须对它的输入棉条进行检测和控制。利用放射性方法进行检测是一种有效的方法。

Abstract

In textile industry

in order to guarantee the standard evenness of the slivers drawn by the high-speed drawing frame

the slivers must be tested and controlled before they are intaken into the drawing frame. Voltage signals indicating the weight changes of the slivers can be gained by measuring the

ray intensity of

Sr radioactive source passing through the slivers with a scintillation detector is used. The measuring precision of 1% (of the weight of slivers) can be obtained.
