In-DMSA and

Yb-DTPA in rat kidneys was studied by autoradiography. The experimental results shaw that the above-mentioned five radiopharmaceuticals could be accumulated and distributed in renal cortex. The

Yb-DTPA were retained in the kidney in a short time and excreted rapidly

while the

203

Hg-chlomerodrin remained longer and discharged slowly

accumulated from the outer cortex to the inner part. The

99m

Tc-DMSA and

113m

In-DMSA lied between the

169

Yb-DTPA and

203

Hg-Chlomerodrin.
