的关系，推导出计算双标记样品dpm的公式，所得数据用Wang 600型台式电子计算机处理。结果证明：这种测量和计算方法适用于双标记样品，并能得到满意的结果。

Abstract

This paper described a method in which

H and

C dual labelled samples were counted by a Beckman LS 8100 or an NE 8312 liquid scintillation spectrometer. An equation for calculating dpm of dual labelled samples was derived from the relation between the counting efficiency of dual labelled samples in different counting channels of a spectrometer and the H-number or external channel ratio value R. The data were processed by a Wang 600 calculator. The result shows that a satisfactory result can be obtained by using this method for measurement and calculation of dual labelled samples.
