摘要

由于放射性核素心脏造影术具有简便、安全、无创伤等显著的优点，因此近年来发展较快。为了配合临床各项检查的要求，许多新设备相继问世。γ照相机心脏摄影门电路触发装置配合γ照相机进行心脏收缩末期和舒张末期摄影，使放射性核素能够用于测定左心功能和检查心室壁运动的情况。为了开展这项工作，我们设计和安装了一套由心电控制的门电路装置。线路的主要元件均采用TTL集成片，使全部线路的安装和调试都十分简单、性能稳定。

Abstract

The electrocardiogram-triggered gating device is used to control a gamma camera to take cardiac images at the end-systole and end-diastole. By means of this device

it is possible to make use of radionuclides to measure the cardiac function and estimate the condition of left ventricular wall's movement. The principle and the circuits of the device are presented in this paper.
