摘要

本文描述了一个由金硅面垒型探测器和锥形面聚乙烯薄膜辐射体所组成的快中子谱仪。此谱仪具有结构简单、能量分辨率高、探测效率适中等特点，适用于2~10MeV范围的平行束快中子能谱测量。

Abstract

A semiconductor fast neutron spectrometer consisting of a Au-Si surface barrier detector and a conical polyethylene foil radiator is described. It is characterized by the simple construction high energy resolution suitable detective efficiency and so on. The spectrometer serves the purpose of the measurement of fast neutron spectra of parallel beams from 2 MeV to 10MeV.
