摘要

Abstract

A readout system for a multiwire proportional chamber is described. It consists of preamplifiers

discriminators

modules of memory

encoders and wire chamber interface

CAMAC crates etc. The preamplifiers are mounted on the multiwire proportional chamber directly and the others are mounted in the CAMAC crates. Data from wire chamber interface Via a CAMAC system were sent into a computer for on line or off line analysis. This system can handle information up to 2800 wires.
