摘要

Abstract

褐稻虱是一种嗜食水稻比较专一的害虫，是我国广大稻区夺取水稻高产的主要虫害之一。

根治褐稻虱最突出的问题是掌握它的越冬规律，初期虫源等，但至今仍未查明。近几年来，我国农业昆虫学家曾用直接性染料作颜色标记来研究这些问题，但此法工作繁琐、费工费时，还有误检、漏检的可能。为此，我们应用放射性同位素来标记褐稻虱，借助于仪器来检验、甄别，以达到正确，可靠、快速的要求。

The methods of labelling brown planthopper with

P and

Rb are described. Direct marking adult planthoppers with radioactive solutions of 1

Ci/ml made the insects 100%. Indirect marking by feeding the insect on the plant treated with radioactive solutions of 10µCi/ml showed that both adult and juvenile planthoppers were labelled with the rates of 40~77% for

P and 100% for

Rb.
