1二膦酸基乙烷二钠盐以及次甲基二膦酸（MDP）等放射性药物，在临床应用上均具有良好的性能。国外最近报导

Tc-MDP较多，认为它具有亲骨专一性强、血液清除率快、显影清晰、毒性低、不被肝脏所摄取等优点。此外，它亦可作为急性心肌梗塞部位的显象剂。

it was evaluated on rabbits and subjected to clinical trials on 56 patients of different bone diseases

The localization of MDP in bone was found to be higher than other phosphorous compounds in form of polyphosphate or EHDP. It was also highly concentrated in primary and metastatic bone tumors and was proved to be a satisfactory bone imaging agent.
