本文介绍硅胶薄层层析和聚酰胺薄膜层析方面的辐射荧光显影技术，它具有曝光时间短、分辩率和灵敏度高等优点加入二甲苯闪烁液，在最佳温度-70℃下曝光，其灵敏度可比放射自显影提高100倍左右。

The technique of radio-fluorography used for silica-gel TLC and polyacrylamide TLC is described. It has the advantages of short time of exposure

high resolution and sensitivity. At the optimal temperature of - 70℃

with added xylene scintillator mixture

the sensitivity may be increased about 100 times as compared with the usual radioautography.
