Simulation study of 2.45 GHz electron cyclotron resonance preionization on spherical tokamak
“New progress has been made in the field of spherical tokamak start-up. Experts have established a three-dimensional model to simulate the ECR pre ionization process and found that increasing input power can shorten ionization time, increase electron density and temperature, but excessive power will reduce heating efficiency.”
