Analysis of flow and heat-transfer characteristics of DC-RF hybrid plasma based on turbulence model
“In the field of preparing ultrafine powder materials for nuclear applications, DC RF hybrid plasma has the characteristics of high temperature and high chemical activity. Studying its characteristics can provide reference for the design and stable operation of plasma generator devices. Through simulation analysis, adjusting the working parameters reasonably can change the distribution of the mixed plasma flow field and meet the processing requirements of different materials.”
