Positional calibration of Hall probes for magnetic field measurement of a superconducting undulator in SHINE
“The Shanghai hard X-ray free electron laser device SHINE will use 40 vacuum superconducting wigglers to generate free electron lasers. To improve the accuracy of magnetic field measurement, researchers have developed a high-precision Hall probe position calibration method with a calibration accuracy better than ± 10 μ m, which meets the requirements of magnetic field measurement for superconducting undulators.”
