    • Impact of nickel and iron on PWR zirconium alloy surface CRUD formation and boron precipitation

    • “In the field of nuclear reactors, researchers simulated the formation process of fouling on zirconium alloy surfaces and studied the effect of nickel iron on fouling formation and boron precipitation. The results indicate that iron is easier to deposit than nickel, and the resulting fouling is spinel structure. An increase in the nickel iron ratio will cause boron precipitation.”
