Simulation study on the performance of micro X-ray tube with diamond optical window
“In the field of miniature X-ray tubes, Monte Carlo simulation was used to study the optimal thickness of diamond optical windows. The results indicate that under the optimal thickness of 2.0 mm, diamond windows can replace traditional beryllium as the optical window for micro X-ray tubes.”
