    • Synchrotron radiation photoemission spectroscopy study on the phenomenon of alloying during stanene growth

    • “In the field of two-dimensional materials, scientists used molecular beam epitaxy to prepare stancene and studied its formation process on Au (111) surface. The results indicate that Sn atoms first form an alloy with Au (111) substrate, and as the growth thickness increases, gradually form stancene and cover the surface of the alloy.”
