摘要

以天然铀标准溶液静脉注入小白鼠血液中

注射后0.5、24、72、144h进行解剖

应用固体核径迹探测器测定血液、心、肺、肝、肾、骨髓和肌肉中的铀含量随时间的变化。实验表明

微量铀在肾和肺内聚集最多

其次在骨髓和肝脏内。铀在血液里是暂时的

故不可能以血铀来估价体内铀的聚集程度。铀在心脏里的瞬时值仅次于肾脏.

Abstract

Mice with uranium administrated were dissected 0. 5h to 144h after the injection. The distribution and deposition of uranirm in kidney

lung

marrow

liver

heart

muscle and blood were studied using the fission track technique.Experimental results shown that trace uranium is deposited first in kidney and lung

then in marrow and liver. The uranium in the blood is transient so that blood - uranium level could not be used to estimate degree of uranium storage in the body.
