摘要

在几种钢铁试样上进行了离子束混合改善耐磨性能的试验，发现一些试样的耐磨性能有大幅度提高（４～１５倍）。通过Ｘ射线衍射分析，发现这些试样表面出现了新的化学成分Ｔｉ２Ｎ、ＴｉＮ、ＴｉＣ等。

Abstract

The ion beam mixing technique has been used to modify some iron and steel specimens. It is found that the wear resistance of some specimens is greatly improved （by 4-5 times）. The X-ray diffraction spectra show that some new components （Ti 2N

TiN and TiC） exist in the surface of some treated specimens.
