摘要

用正电子湮没技术研究了不同Ｐ含量的ＤＺ１７Ｇ合金的正电子寿命谱。结果表明，当合金中Ｐ含量≥０．０３ｗｔ％时，形成金属键的自由电子密度明显下降，其缺陷浓度明显增加，从而使合金力学性能下降，当Ｐ含量≤０．０１５ｗｔ％时，合金的体电子浓度变化不大，对合金性能影响较小。认为从不同Ｐ含量对合金缺陷组态和电子结构的影响出发，控制ＤＺ１７Ｇ合金的Ｐ含量≤０．０１５ｗｔ％是必要的

Abstract

The DZ17G alloys with different P contents have been studied by the positron lifetime spectroscopy. lt is found that there are a decrease in electron density

an increase in defect concentration and a decline in the mechanical properties for the alloy with P≥ 0.03wt%

but When P< 0.016wt%

no obvious changes in the three aspects are observed. Therefore

to keep P<0.015wt% is important for DZ17G alloy to have good mechanical properties.
