摘要

采用Ｉｏｄｏｇｅｎ为氧化剂，成功地对人血清白蛋白和纤维蛋白原进行了碘化标记。然后用这些标记化合物分析和比较了４种二氧化钛材料对白蛋白和纤维蛋白原的吸附性质。发现样品日能够较多而又稳定地吸附白蛋白，而吸附纤维蛋白原则较少，表明其血液相容性优于其它几种样品。

Abstract

采用Ｉｏｄｏｇｅｎ为氧化剂，成功地对人血清白蛋白和纤维蛋白原进行了碘化标记。然后用这些标记化合物分析和比较了４种二氧化钛材料对白蛋白和纤维蛋白原的吸附性质。发现样品日能够较多而又稳定地吸附白蛋白，而吸附纤维蛋白原则较少，表明其血液相容性优于其它几种样品。
