摘要

报道了两种制备[99mTc≡N]中间体的方法。在N的供体及还原剂（TPPS，SnCl2）存在的条件下制备[99mTc≡N]中间体，两种方法制得的中间体的组成不同，但均为混合物，而且与配体反应，都可以制得以[99mTc≡N]2+为中心核的配合物。用HPLC检测标记中间体在不同pH时的组成变化及稳定性情况。

Abstract

Two methods for the synthesis of the [99mTc≡N] intermediates were reported. In the presence of reducer （TPPS or SnCl2） and the donor of N

the mixture of [99mTc≡N] intermediate could be conveniently synthesized but with different composition. On reaction with ligands complexes containing [99mTc≡N]2+ core can be obtained. The change of composition of Intermediates was detected by HPLC at different PH values

and the stability was also evaluated.
