摘要

合成了N－氨基－5，6－二溴去甲基斑蝥素，并用放射性125I进行了标记，在T＝60℃、pH＝5、t＝40min条件下的标记率可达95．3％。动物体内分布实验结果表明N－氨基－5，6－二溴去甲基斑蝥素在肺、肾和脾浓集较高。

Abstract

The N-amino-5

6-bibromine norcatharidin was prepared. Then a simple and rapid method was described for the labelling of the compound with 125I. The radiolabelling yield was 95.3% at T= 60℃

t = 40min and pH= 5. In vivo distribution of 125I- N-amino-5

6-bibromine norcatharidin in the mouse showed a higher uptake in the lung

kidney and spleen.
