摘要

介绍用MAT－262质谱仪对国内石笋标样（GBW04412）、（GBW04413）和国际珊瑚标样（RKM－4）进行的测试，取得了与标准一至的结果。

Abstract

The thermal ionization mass spectrometry（TIMS） is used to determine the Quaternary geologie age of samples. Ages of some Chinese standard samples （stalagmite GBW04412 and GBW04413） and an international standard sample （coral RKM-4） were determined by the MAT-262 mass spectrometer. The results are in coincident with the certified values.
