摘要

利用重离子加速器把镍离子注入石英晶格中得到含镍石英（称为“镍石英”）。它对辐射的热释光响应的灵敏度随接受的辐射和加热次数的增加而降低。镍石英的热释光则出现了两个特征低温峰对辐射的热释光响应的灵敏度显著增高，这是Ｎｉ＋１进入石英晶格的结果；高温区出现了一个４４５℃的热释光峰。镍石英不宜用来以灵敏度增高法测定年龄。

Abstract

The Ni-ions are implanted into the lattice structure of a quartz

and its TL response to irradiation is measured.
