摘要

介绍了用热中子透射计测玻璃原料硅砂和混合料水分的方法。理论计算与实验标定均表明热中子透射计适合玻璃原料水分的快速测定。如果取样质量大于４０ｇ，可以使水分测量精度（２σ）达０．５％。

Abstract

A method of measuring moisture in glass materials （silicon sand and mixture） using a thermal neutron transmission gauge is reported Both theoretical calculation and experimental calibration indicate that the thermal neutron transmission gauge is suitable for high speed measurement of moisture in glass materials The precision of moisture measurement （2σ） is better than 0 5% for the samples of more than 40g
