摘要

研究了在ＵＯ２（ＮＯ３）２－ＨＮＯ３－Ｎ２Ｈ５ＮＯ３体系中，采用阳离子交换膜作隔膜、钛板为阴极、镀铂钛网为阳极的电解还原制备四价铀的方法。探讨了阴极电位、电流密度、硝酸浓度、肼浓度、Ｕ（Ⅵ）浓度、温度等对Ｕ（Ⅵ）的电解还原的影响。在最佳工艺条件下，可定量将Ｕ（Ⅵ）还原，制备得到四价铀浓度大于１５０ｇ／Ｌ的溶液。

The paper describes the preparation of uranous nitrate in UO 2 （NO 3 ） 2 -HNO 3 - N 2 H 5 NO 3 system by membrane electrolytic reduction with titanium plate as cathode and platinized titanium net as anode The effects of current-density

concentrations of nitric acid

hydrazine and U（Ⅵ）

as well as temperature on the electrolytric reduction of U（Ⅵ） were studied and discussed Under optimum conditions

U（Ⅵ） can be reduced to uranous nitrate quantitatively and a U（Ⅳ） concentration higher than 150g/L can be obtained
