摘要

用国产新药得克湿治疗１２６例活动期类风湿性关节炎，观察其治疗前后临床表现，实验室检查和部分病例与对照药（雷公藤）进行比较研究，以及随访少数患者。结果表明，该药总的有效率为８５．７％，优于雷公藤总的有效率。此药在减轻疼痛、消除肿胀、增强免疫功能等方面疗效显著，尤其在改善晨僵、关节功能受限和降低血沉速度等方面最为明显。此药使用安全，无明显毒副作用，值得临床广泛推广使用。

The therapeutic effect and safety of De Ke Shi（DKS） in the treatment of 126 cases of active rheumatoid patients were observed The clinical manifestation and laboratory eamination before and after treatment were demonstrated In some patient comparative study were done with control drug——Lei Gong Teng（LGT） The results showed that the overall effective rate was 857%

better than LGT The effectiveness of relieving pain

diminishing swelling

increasing immune function etc was significant It was most effective in improving morning stiffness

limitation of articular function and decreasing ESR It was concluded that DKS was safe

no significant adverse action and worthy clinical using
