摘要

报道了ω－对碘苯代十五烷酸的合成方法，产物通过红外、核磁共振、元素分析和质谱等手段加以确证。同时报道了ω－对碘苯代十五烷酸的直接标记法和碘交换标记法，用ＴＬＣ和ＨＰＬＣ检测，标记率分别为８０％和６５％，经正己烷和氯仿萃取后，放化纯度均大于９５％。

the yields of labelling are 80% and 65% respectively confirmed by TLC and HPLC The radiochemical purity are higher than 95% after extraction
