摘要

介绍了一种智能化的具有信号采集、数据处理及储存打印显示等功能的ＳＤＩ－１００辐射剂量仪，该测量仪所用的探测器为微型半导体，测量精确度为±０．０５％（ＳＤ），稳定度为±０．１６％（ＳＤ），可用在农用钴室、其它中小型６０Ｃｏ辐照源室以及放射治疗上．

Abstract

An intelligent radiation dosimeter

with such functions as signal collection and data processing

has been developed. Its detector is made of a microsenuconductor. This dosimeter can be used in laboratories for agricultural 60Co irradiators

radiotherapeutic facilities and other small and medium-size 60Coirradiators.
