摘要

报道了微波标记９９ｍＴｃ－甲氧异腈的较好条件：输出功率为９４０Ｗ（Ｍｅｄｉｕｍ），加热时间为１５ｓ。采用聚酰胺纸作层析支持物、乙腈为展开剂，用γ计数仪测得９９ｍＴｃ－甲氧异腈的放化纯度为９７．８％（Ｒｆ值约为０．９），标记后放置６ｈ，其放化纯度稳定不变。

Abstract

A microwave method reconstructing 99mTc-sestamibi was reported.The optimum condition was heating 15s at medium（940W） pewer in a microwave oven. The radiochemical purity of the 99mTc-sestamibi was over 95%

measured by a γ counter.The recommended thin-layer chromatography system involved. the use of a polyamide-coated plate and acetonitrile as developing solvent. The microwave ovenheating method will facilitate the emergency use of 99mTc-sestamibi.
