摘要

采用氯胺－Ｔ氧化法，制备了ｒｈＧ－ＣＳＦ的放射性碘标记物，并利用１２５Ⅰ－ｒｈＧ－ＣＳＦ对大鼠静注三种剂量进行了药代动力学研究。

Abstract

The radioiodine labelled compound of rhG-CSF was prepared using the chloramine T method and the pharmacokinetics of 125Ⅰ-rhG-CSF was studied by intravenous injection with three doses.
