摘要

通过测量不同温度下退火的非品合金Ｆｅ７３．５Ｃｕ１Ｎｂ３Ｓｉ１３．５Ｂ９和Ｆｅ７３．５Ｃｕ１Ｎｂ１．５Ｍｏ１．５Ｓｉ１３．５Ｂ９的正电子湮没寿命谱，配合Ｘ射线衍射分析，研究了非晶合金结构缺陷随退火温度的变化。结果表明，非晶合金中存在两种类型的自由体积。正电子湮没寿命值随样品退火温度的变化曲线对应着结构弛豫、局域品化和完全晶化阶段。

Abstract

ositron lifetime measurements are made in the as quenched state as well as inisochronal anneating cycle of the metaglasses Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 andFe73.5Cu1Nb1.5Mo1.5Si13.5B9 respectively. The behaviors of lifetime are explained byinvoking the free volume model which affirms the existence of two kinds of freevolumes. The variation of positron lifetime as a function of annealing temperatureindicates the stages corresponding to structural relaxation and crystallization.
