摘要

描述迭代最小二乘法拟合用于能散Ｘ射线荧光（ＸＲＦ）能谱解析和线性最小二乘法拟合用于能谱分析的基体修正。根据这两种方法研究的计算机软件成功地完成了多元素稀土样品能谱分析。

Abstract

Briefly described its an iterative non-linear least-square fitting approach toanalyse overlapped peaks of energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectra and alinear least-square fitting method for matrix correction of the spectrtum analysis. Acomputer software was compiled and successfully used to analyse multi-element rareearth samples.
