摘要

报道了由［１３Ｃ］碳酸钡制成［１３Ｃ］尿素的方法，其产率为７５％。产品经高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）等分析，纯度优于国外同类产品，质量符合药典规定，并经临床应用于［１３Ｃ］尿素呼气实验检测幽门螺旋菌，获得满意的效果．

Abstract

Synthesis of [13C] urea is reported. The yield of [13C] urea from [13C] barium carbonate was 75%. The product was used for the breath test of helicobacter pylori.
