摘要

介绍铁矿石Ｘ射线荧光分析（ＸＲＦ）现场取样的技术及其在武钢金山店铁矿的应用效果。主要讨论ＸＲＦ现场取样中的几何效应、基体效应、水份及矿化不均匀性的影响和校正办法．试验表明，ＸＲＦ现场取样的合格率达到８７．６％，超过了传统的人工取样化验方法的重现性，其速度比传统方法至少提高２００倍，并明显地降低了生产成本，提高了经济效益．

new technique for direct and rapid analyses of total Fe content in iron ores has been developed by using the microcomputer-based portable XRF analyzer. The matrix

and the methods of eliminating these effects were presented. The analytical error of total Fe content was less than 3%. The detecting system consisted of a 238Pu source（740MBq）
