摘要

对７０例肺癌患者进行ＣＹＦＲＡ２１—１和ＣＥＡ联合检测，结果显示：使用ＣＹＦＲＡ２１—１对肺癌的检出率为５２．９％，其中对鳞癌达５９．３％，而对肺良性疾患的测定均为阴性；ＣＥＡ对肺癌的检出率达２８．６％，对鳞癌仅为７．４％；ＣＥＡ对肺腺癌的检出率可达５１．６％，而与ＣＹＦＲＡ２１—１联合对肺腺癌的检出率为６４．５％。提示，ＣＹＦＲＡ２１—１和ＣＥＡ联合检测肺腺癌是较合适的方法。

Abstract

The level of CYFRA21-1 and CEA were determined in patients with lung cancer by RIA.The all over detection rate of CYFRA 21-1 was 52.9%

among them highest in squamous carcinoma 59.3%

and none of the cases in benign lung tumor was positive.As for CEA determination

the over all detection rate only reached 28.6%

among them

highest in adenocarcinoma 51.6%

only 7.4% in squamous carcinoma.Combined determination of CYFRA21-1 and CEA was recommended as the detection rate can raised up to 64.5%.
