摘要

实验表明，由于（ＩＰ）（对碘一γ，γ－二甲基－苯乙胺）分子结构上引人了甲基，提高了亲脂性，从而易于通过血脑屏障。该药物碘标记后有可能成为一种脑灌注显像剂。

Abstract

The synthesis

labelling and animal experiment of p-iodophentermine as a brain perfusion imaging agent are reported.The result showed that the incorporation of methyl groups increases the lipophilicity

and facilitates the passage across the blood-brain barrier.Therefore the compound appears to be a potential brain perfusion imaging agent.
