摘要

对比了不同标记条件下得到的标记化合物在移植不同肿瘤小鼠体内的分布．选择最佳条件可使瘤／肝比值提高到２．５—３．０左右。动物实验及临床显像均证明９９ｍＴｃ（Ｖ）－ＤＭＳＡ不仅适用于原发性肝癌显像，也适用于肝内转移癌的显像．证明了ｐＨ在８．２８—８．４５标记率最高．经应用于５５例肝脏占位性病变病人的ＳＰＥＣＴ显像，肝癌阳性显像阳性率达８９．５％。

Abstract

o test the better tumor/liver ratio in tumor- bearing mice

the present study was carried out in various conditions to illustrate the applicability of 99mTc （V）-DMSA imaging in hepatic tumor.Various experimental conditions were tested by different kinds of experimental tumor

concentration of the ligand

imaging time post-injection

and pH（pH8-9） etc.the positive rate of 99mTc（V）-DMSA SPECT imaging in 35 patients with hepatic carcinoma

were 88.5%.The results demonstrated that 99mTc（V）-DMSA can be used as an effective imaging agent for Hepatic Cancer.
