摘要

依据肾有效血流量（ＥＲＢＦ）与肾图肾功能指标密切相关的规律，应用数学回归方法和计算机知识，建立了系统科学的数学模型。它与心前区体表测量法相比较有时病人不抽血、放射性示踪剂量少、干扰因素少、操作简便等优点，且结果和心前区体表法一致。

Abstract

In this paper a systematic and scientific mathematical model have been established to measure the effective renal plasma now （ERPF） using the regression and computer knowledge by the evidence of well correlated relationship between ERPF and renographic index.In comparison with the precondial body surface measuing method

several advantages has been revealed:no need of blood withdrawl

less radioactivity

less interfering factor in processing and easy to operate etc.
